True story of an extremely prominent and highly respected signer of the Declaration of Independence (among many other things)–closest friend of Thomas Jefferson–murdered by his teenage nephew. Everyone in America knew the boy did it, but he was acquitted. A must read for anyone interested in American history! Cherry Hill Library Patron ND

I am not particularly interested in the Arthurian legend, so this book came as a delightful surprise. A wonderful mystery set in 5th century Britain but with a novel approach to the usual set of characters–here Merlin is the suspect! A terrific (and short) read! Cherry Hill Library Patron ND

A historian at Cambridge University finds the diary of a woman physician at the court of Charles II in 1672, and uses it to solve murders both past and present. Easy reading, highly entertaining, and hard to put down. Cherry Hill Library Patron ND
